Exciting news from Procore!

We’re pleased to announce that we’re now a wholly owned subsidiary of Drees & Sommer.

Since starting Procore in 1998 we have strived to provide high quality, independent services to local, national and international customers alike, creating a working environment for our colleagues to thrive and develop. Like all good and healthy businesses we are always looking to develop and improve and as part of our long-term strategy we are delighted to announce that as of 18 May 2017 we have become a wholly owned subsidiary of Drees & Sommer.

What attracted us to Drees & Sommer was that they shared a positive, partner-led, client-focused corporate philosophy and enhanced our global reach and our ability to offer new services and experience across a range of sectors.

Based in Stuttgart, the partnership has around 2,150 employees in a total of 41 different locations throughout the world. Central to Drees & Sommer’s service provision is a commitment to the integration of economy, quality and ecology. Drees & Sommer calls this holistic and sustainable approach “the blue way”. Why not have a look for yourself by checking out their press release and the rest of their website at www.dreso.com.

This change has only a positive impact on customers and colleagues. Our local management stays in place as do all the Procore team and any existing contractual relationship is unaffected. However, there will be a very large ‘add-on’ for our customers. Using Drees & Sommer’s global network, we will now also be able to support them – with immediate effect – on complex, extensive, international projects and provide them with a much broader range of services.

We’re excited that we now belong to Europe’s leading property consultancy company, thus becoming part of a service provider with a strong global network and many years of international experience and we look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with you customers and colleagues.
